Interesting presentation from Carlo de Wolf about EJB 3.x- www.jboss.org/feeds/post/ejb3_with_carlo_de_wolf_jboss_world_orlando_2008. I wrote 3.x because he speaks about EJB 3.0 plus the extensions that JBoss includes, and many of these extensions are expected to be part of EJB 3.1.
I wonder how influential the JBoss guys are concerning driving the evolution of the EJB spec. Many of the new ideas seem to come from them. They seem to be much more creative and down to the earth (in the sense that they know the needs of the teams in the real world) than the their counter parties from BEA, IBM, Oracle or even Sun. Well done!
